Junior LTAD
Our Junior Long Term Athletic Development is a structured program designed to guide young children through different stages of growth and skill development overtime. The goal is to foster physical and psychological skills to enhance their engagement in physical activity and reduce risk of injury. Our Junior LTAD class is a supervised, pre-planned, structured, circuit-based exercise program focusing on building fundamental movement skills including balance, agility and coordination. Our Exercise Physiologists and Strength and Conditioning coaches are trained to enhance the movement skills and postures associated with sports and the physical activity environment.

LTAD
Our Long-Term Athletic Development program is a comprehensive, systematic approach to developing athletes over an extended period, from early-childhood to adolescence. The goal of the LTAD program is to maximise athletic potential, minimise injury risk, and foster a lifelong love for sport and physical activity. It focuses on progressive, age-appropriate development in physical, tactical and mental skills to help athletes achieve optimal performance at all stages of life. This class involves young athletes completing a private initial consult assessing range of motion, strength and plyometric testing to develop an independent program based on their sport and skill level, prior to entering the class. The young athletes will then complete their individualised program within a group environment, fostering independence, autonomy and socialisation.
