Netball Strength & Conditioning

Enhance your netball performance with targeted training

At Kinetic Lab, we understand that netball demands speed, power, agility, and resilience. Our Netball-Specific Strength & Conditioning Class is designed to help players of all levels improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build the strength required to dominate on court.

Why Strength & Conditioning Matters for Netballers

Netball is a high-intensity, multidirectional sport involving sprinting, jumping, rapid deceleration, and sudden changes of direction. Incorporating structured strength and conditioning into your routine can:

Increase Power & Speed: Improve acceleration, vertical jump height, and explosive movement.
Enhance Agility: Develop strength and control for sharper changes of direction.
Improve On-Court Performance: Build strength endurance to maintain intensity across all four quarters.
Reduce Injury Risk: Strengthen muscles, tendons, and ligaments to help prevent common injuries such as ACL tears, ankle sprains, and knee pain.
