Nat is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for improving the lifestyle of a range of populations. With experience in strength and conditioning for children, adults and elderly populations, she understands the benefits of incorporating exercise for preventing disease and injury, and improving overall health.
Nat has developed and delivered exercise programs for pre and post natal women, veterans, clients with neurological conditions including parkinsons and dementia, and congenital conditions including cerebral palsy and spina bifida.
Completing her Diabetes NSW Beat It training, Nat delivers exercise to groups of diabetic clients, improving physical and social health.
Natis enthusiastic in furthering her interest in exercise for mental health conditions, particularly in young adolescents, and sports injury prevention and performance training.
