LTAD Fundamentals (10-18yrs)

Build the Foundation. Future-Proof the Athlete.

The LTAD Fundamentals class is where young athletes learn to move well, lift safely, and build the physical literacy they need to perform at their best—now and into the future. Designed for athletes aged 10 to 18, this instructor-led class focuses on the core movement patterns, strength foundations, and training techniques that underpin long-term development across all sports.

Whether you’re just starting out or already competing, LTAD Fundamentals helps you train with purpose and reduce the risk of injury as your sport demands increase.

what to expect

Each session is guided by a qualified coach and includes:

  • Education around strength and conditioning principles
  • Learning proper form for key lifts and movement patterns
  • Hands-on coaching in a supportive, small-group setting
  • A focus on coordination, control, and technical skill

This class supports the development of well-rounded athleticism—boosting strength, mobility, and movement quality that transfers directly into sport performance.
