Jacqui is a qualified Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist and has been working as a therapist for 15years in both clinic and elite sports environments.

As a retired national swimmer, Jacqui understands the strains and rigors the body can be put under while training for and competing in elite sport. Suffering many injuries herself such as over use, instability and impingements she has endured the rehabilitation process many times and thus has a great interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Her background in swimming also led to her involvement in working with Swimming NSW and the NSWIS Swim programs for many years.

Over the years she has worked at the Rio Olympics with the Australian Women’s Soccer Team (the Matilda’s); the 2016 Paralympics with the Australian Swim Team; the 2018 Commonwealth Games in the Australian Team Medical Headquarters; the 2022 Commonwealth Games with the Australian Cycling team; as well as many World Championships and international competitions in varying sports.

She has been a service provider with the NSW Institute of Sport, and worked with many different sports including: Athletics, Cycling, Rowing, Triathlon/Ironman, Winter Sports, Diving, Netball, Tennis, Archery, Soccer, Water polo, Wheelchair Basketball, Hockey and AFL (Sydney Swans)

Jacqui enjoys working as part of a team, and finds that working alongside other Medical and Allied Health professionals you can achieve the best outcomes for clients. A combination of soft tissue therapy, myofascial release and dry needling can be a great treatment plan for injury prevention and rehabilitation, and as a way to loosen up and de-stress.

Whether it’s a sore neck from studying or long hours spent tied to your computer; an injury incurred by participating in social or elite sport; illness or health concerns that causing you pain or dysfunction; or the rigours or day to day life giving you trouble, Jacqui will help find a treatment plan that works for you.
