Exercise Physiologist
Amy is an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with a strong passion for using targeted, evidence-based exercise to improve health, performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
With a background in competitive distance running, triathlon, and cycling, Amyunderstands the physical and mental demands of training, injury, and returning to sport, including safe pre- and post-natal return to exercise.
She has valuable experience supporting individuals with neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, amputations, and spinal cord injuries. As well as musculoskeletal rehabilitation, osteoporosis management (including the Onero program), and chronic disease management.
Amy delivers personalised exercise programs designed to build confidence, restore function, and support long-term health — from aspiring high performance athletes to those recovering from injury or managing complex health conditions.

- Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science
- Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology

- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with ESSA
- Accredited Exercise Ecientist (AES) with ESSA
- Registered with Medicare, DVA, work cover and CTP, NDIS
